After several negotiation rounds, a major retailer delivered the best electricity offer, cutting annual spend by $47,500. Energy Australia returned with a revised gas offer that boosted savings to $13,275. The combined outcome was a confirmed $60,000 annual saving. All contracts were aligned to a two-year term to simplify management. The strong market engagement and clear reporting gave the client confidence in the process.
