If you are a current client with Pacific Hydro Retail Pty Ltd as your nominated retailer, you will start receiving your electricity invoices from Tango Energy Pty Ltd.
Invoices will be sent from T[email protected] so please ensure that this email address is set up as safe as they may not go through to you otherwise.
You will have or will be receiving soon a letter from Tango explaining the changes and also new payment details to pass onto your Accounts Payable department. There will be no interruption to your Energy Metrics Service as we will work with Tango to ensure that bills are received in a timely manner.
